This notice explains how Front Room Coffee Ltd handles personal information when you contact us or use this website.
Who we are
Front Room Coffee Ltd is the controller of your personal information. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16987087. Our registered office is 134 Vaughan Road, London, HA1 4ED. You can contact us at hello@frontroomcoffee.co.uk.
Information we collect
When you make an event enquiry or email us, we may receive your name, email address, the details of your enquiry and any other information you choose to provide. The enquiry form opens your own email application; the website does not store the information entered into the form.
How and why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, discuss event services, provide quotations and manage any resulting booking. We normally rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, or our legitimate interests in responding to and keeping appropriate records of business enquiries.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary. We will normally delete an enquiry within 24 months of our last contact unless it leads to a booking, or we need to retain it longer for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
Who we share it with
We may use trusted providers that support our website, email and business administration. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us. We do not sell personal information. Where a provider processes information outside the UK, we require an appropriate lawful safeguard.
Cookies
The website host may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and secure the site. These cannot be switched off because they are required for the service to work.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, including which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. Analytics does not load unless you select “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner.
You can accept or reject analytics cookies when you first visit, and change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” button. Google may process analytics information outside the UK under its applicable data-transfer safeguards. We do not use Google Analytics for personalised advertising.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us for access to your personal information or ask us to correct, delete, restrict or transfer it. You may also object to some uses. Contact us at hello@frontroomcoffee.co.uk to exercise these rights.
If you are unhappy with how we use your information, please contact us first. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
